What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We use UPS, FED EX, and USPS. If you have a question on shipping or locating your order, please log into your account for further information.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use Stripe and Paypal to process your orders. Your credit card and bank statements will show from Disruption Horns and/or Disruption Media.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery can vary based on your location. We have warehouses across the USA and will ship your order from the nearest location to you.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

First we appreciate your business. After your order is placed and payment is successful we will begin processing your order. Please allow 24 hours to get your order processed during the business day. Weekends and holidays may cause a delay. 

You can log into your account to check your order update. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will always receive an email with your order confirmation. If you did not, be sure and check your spam folder.

If nothing has arrived, you can always log into your account for current and past invoices.
